In my 20 years of fitness coaching and mentoring people from all walks of life I've found that individuals fall into 3 zones:

  • ZONE 1. Dabblers - You know that health and fitness are important but you cant stay motivated. You drop in and out of fitness, never remaining consistent.
  • ZONE 2. Enthusiasts - You are serious about obtaining optimal health and looking your best. Fitness is a part of your everyday life and you're ready to advance to the next level.
  • ZONE 3. Athletes - You focus on performance and looking to improve speed, conditioning and power.
